We are located at 24036 W Lockport St, Plainfield, IL 60544.
We use a natural, organic flour imported from Italy. We use domestic organic tomatoes. We use a beautiful imported mozzarella.
We make Roman style pizza. It is thinner, crispier and is shaped almost like a rectangle. Typical of Roman bakeries and the pizzas served al taglio.
We have a few pastas on our menu.
We make some Italian fried street-foods like Arancini, Suppli, Polpette & fried Zucchini.
We have a few salads.
We offer Italian beer, a handfull of spritzes, a few cocktails & our wine list is full of Natural Wine for you to drink while you eat.
We always have a rotating selection of gelato & Italian Ice.
On Saturdays & Sundays, we do slices of pizza on the board & we make panino (or sandwich) on our housemade schiacciata bread.
When you come for lunch, you order at the counter & can either take everything to go, or, you are more than welcome to dine in with us. I worked hard to make our space feel like somewhere you want to spend time in.
When you come for dinner, you sit at a table and we’ll come over and take care of you.
We are a small place with few tables, and we take a finite number of reservations.
We have a small marketplace that is always stocked with imported pastas, tomatoes, olives, taralli, lupini beans, natural wine & whatever else we think would be nice to share on our shelves.
